These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules for accessing and using the Creators Academy website (the "Site") and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Artz for Change Inc.("Owner," "we," "us"). By using our Service, you ("User," "you") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use constitutes agreement to any future updates, which will be posted on the Site.
The Service is available to individuals 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). In Canada, this includes 19+ in Alberta, British Columbia, and Quebec. Minors are not permitted to use the Service.

All purchases related to the Creators Academy subscription, including access to courses, downloadable templates, and digital resources, are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations do not result in a refund for any remaining days in the current billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged on your next scheduled payment date.
No Refunds: Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be issued due to the nature of digital products. Third-Party Links

Under Canada’s Consumer Protection Acts (provincial and federal), liability for breaches of implied warranties is limited to re-performing the Service or refunding applicable fees.
Users in Quebec retain non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1).
